SHIPPING RATES
For the contiguous 48 states, our shipping rate is based on the weight of the order and the zip code where the order is being shipped to. You can add items to the cart, select your state, and enter your zip code to see the shipping costs prior to proceeding to checkout. For all other destinations we will email you your shipping quote for approval prior to sending out the order.
Your package will arrive in accordance with the USPS shipping standards and you will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped
We are closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and all major holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once a package is picked up by the carrier transit times across the US can range from 1 - 10 days depending on a number of factors. The proximity of your shipping address to our factory in Ohio and the carrier chosen will determine the transit times. There will also be some handling and/or production time on our end to get your order pulled from our stock or made if we are out of stock.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes, when you checkout, enter your BILLING address into the first section. Just below the billing address section there is a checkbox that says "Ship to a different address". Check that box and the SHIPPING address section will open up for you to fill in. Putting an address in the billing address section that does NOT match what the bank has on file for your credit card will result in an order being declined automatically
RETURNS
Items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date and must be returned in the same condition they were received item. If are returning an item, it needs to be packed well to avoid damages. If the items arrive back to us with damages, we will email pictures of the damages and the customer will need to file a damage claim with the carrier they used to send it back. We will not give refunds for damaged items returned to us.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us to let us know prior to sending the merchandise back. In most cases the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For merchandise being returned, credit will be given for the amount of the order less the ACTUAL shipping cost. For exchanges, the customer would be responsible for the ACTUAL shipping cost back to the customer. Please include a note with the return with your name, phone number, and reason for returning the item. SPECIAL ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Returned products may be charged a 50% restocking fee. Items should be returned as unused item
Refunds will be given for returned merchandise only if authorization was approved. ACTUAL shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount . Refunds will not be given for damaged or used merchandise. Sorry to hear that you wasn't satisfied with your order

Do you send a shipping label or am I responsible for the return shipping cost?
Under most circumstances the customer is responsible for the cost of the return unless there was an error made by us. In the case we made a mistake then we would cover the return cost and let you know what carrier to use.
